    As a  Sales  Manager,  you  will  be  one  of  the  key  representatives  of  our  BiotechUSA Scitec Nutrition brand in Italy.  Your  main  tasks  will  be  maintaining  relationships  with  existing  partners  and  exploring  new  opportunities  to  expand  our  customer  base.  Most  of  your  day  will  involve  communicating  with  partners,  including  numerous  pharmacies,  herbal stores,  and  gyms  across  Italy.  Beyond  phone  and email  communication,  we  value  personal  meetings,  so  you  would  visit  our  headquarter in Hungary regularly.

    • building business relationships, organizing partner meetings, and identifying new clients
    • developing effective sales strategies, considering the specific characteristics of the Italian  market 
    • monitoring the sales process and providing ongoing support to our partners 
    • conducting competitive analysis and preparing regular reports 
    • maintaining active communication with other departments and closely following marketing campaigns 
    • tracking sales data and developing action plans

    • have 2-3 years of experience in sales and relationship management 
    • can negotiate confidently in Italian, and you speak English fluently to keep contact with the headquarter 
    • have active driving experience and comfortable driving regularly
    • are proactive, dynamic, and enjoy challenges 
    • are confident using Office programs and have experience working with Power BI 
    • willing to travel to Italy

    How to reach our office building: 

    Our office is located on the Buda side of Budapest, in District III, and is easily accessible by the H5 suburban railway (HÉV) or by bus routes 34 and 134. 

     

    If you arrive by car, we can provide free parking, including for the duration of your interview. We also welcome those who commute by bicycle or scooter, which can be safely stored in our secure bike storage area.

    Applications received are first screened based on professional qualifications and experience. 

     

    Selected candidates will be contacted by phone for an initial HR screening interview. This is followed by a combined HR and professional interview, during which we will provide detailed information about the position and give you the opportunity to meet members of your future team. 

     

    Following the interview process, we will select our new team member.
